The property is ideally located in a central position in a quiet residential area, but within 100m from the nearest 24 hour Kiosks/mini market, and within 200m from Tavernas and take away food. There is a selection of restaurants and bars and a bakery on Ikarou which is less than 200 metres away. Agios Antoniou, or Bar Street is less than 5 minutes walk, whilst the seafront is a 10 minute stroll. The Harbour and Tomb of the Kings Road are also within a 15 minute walk.

Paphos has numerous attractions which include the waterpark; bird sanctuary; and the acclaimed blue flag Coral Bay Beach is a 15 minutes drive or bus ride. Coral Bay also has a great selection of restaurants and tavernas. Other places to visit by car include Pissouri,Latchi Harbour and Polis. Paphos is also famous for its many cultural attractions, and is a recognised world heritage site. Cultural attractions include the famous mosaics, the ampitheatre, the Tomb of the Kings and St Pauls Pillar.
